Growing up we always had a vintage print of an old Scottish prayer hanging in the house:

"From Ghoulies and Ghosties,
Long Leggitie Beasties,
And things that go bump in the night;
Good Lord deliver us!"

It was whimsical and magical, and I stared at and contemplated it my whole childhood. When I started writing for kids, it was a powerful influence, so I decided it would be cool to make some art prints of my own poems and spells to adorn the walls with. I have always made a habit of printing and hanging prayers or spells that I want to hold close in my daily life, because it helps me stay mindful and wonder-driven. It keeps the magic alive in the space it occupies all the time, not just when we sit down to do formal practices and finally open a text.

Pricing with my professional giclee printing company depends on size, finish, and speed. I make a flat profit of $7 per print sold regardless of the size or finishes. Everything else in the listed price is their exact production and shipping fees without any padding. I like working with them because their print work is immaculate, archival, and mindfully packaged.
